An easier way to pay. The Plaza Park Bank debit card works like a check - only better. There’s no checkbook to carry, no check to write, no ID to show when you conduct a PIN Debit transaction. Whether you’re shopping around the corner or around the world, it’s easy and convenient. Use your PPB card for everyday purchases to buy gas, groceries, or gifts. Just present your debit card at the time of purchase, and the amount will be automatically deducted from your checking account.

Debit & ATM Card Daily Limits

The default limit for a Debit Card is $500
The default limit for an ATM Card is $250

The daily dollar limit is refreshed at 2:30pm for both ATM and Debit cards.
Please call PPB during business hours to request a temporary limit increase (up to $2500).

To Activate Your Card:

To activate your card or select a PIN, call 1-800-448-8268.


Lost or Stolen Card?

To report a lost or stolen MasterCard® ATM or Debit Card call PPB during normal business hours. After hours, call 1-800-264-5578.

Your PPB Debit Card is monitored by Fraud Watch Plus. They monitor transactions and if suspected fraud is found, will call you to verify validity of the transaction. If they cannot reach you, your card may be blocked.

To file a claim against fraudulent charges on your Debit Card, call PPB during business hours and we will begin the dispute process on your behalf.


Resetting Your PIN

When you attempt to use your card with the PIN unsuccessfully three or more times, your card will be blocked. You will be unable to use your card until you:

  • Contact the bank during regular hours to ask PPB to reset your PIN for you.

OR

  • Wait until 2:30 the following afternoon for the system to refresh and you’ll then be able to use your card with the existing PIN.

If you are traveling we would like to help make your trip more enjoyable by helping to ensure that you have no limits in your access to your debit card. This involves a few simple steps:

1. Inform PPB when you are traveling and your itinerary. This informs the fraud department that you are using your card outside of your normal pattern of use.
2. Before you leave for your trip, make certain that you know your PIN and have used your card at least once to confirm the PIN and magnetic strip are working properly. We can help you reset your PIN by simply calling us at 320-252-4200.
3. Check the expiration date on your card to make certain it won’t expire while on vacation.

Debit & ATM Fees

*NO fees when you use your Debit or ATM card at Money Pass ATMs including the ATMs at both PPB locations and thousands of other Moneypass machines nationwide.

  • Withdrawal Fee from Non-Moneypass Machine: $1.00/Transaction
  • International cross-border fee of 1.1%

To replace a lost or damaged card: $10.00

Added Protection

When using your MasterCard® debit card online, you may be asked for a MasterCard® SecureCode. MasterCard® SecureCode is a service to enhance your existing MasterCard® account. A private code means added protection against unauthorized use of your card when you shop at participating online retailers. Your SecureCode will never be shared with the merchant. It's just like entering your PIN at an ATM.
